• How RPO works
  • You can understand with below example:
  • Project: Royal Upvan
  • Location: Safdarganj,Lucknow-Ayodhya Highway
  • Current Rate: 500/- per sqft
  • Under RPO : 300/- per sqft (40% discount)
  • Lot size: 20 sqft
  • Lot value: 6000/-
  • In RPO, investor has already in benefit of 40% from current rate of said site
• Benefits Of RPO
  • RPO provides 2 options to take benefit :
    • Investor can hold or sell the lots on his sole discretion to any one which is not responsibility of company.
    • Investor can redeem his lots to company in duration of 1 year to 3 year.
  • If investor opts the second choice ie is redeem to company,then two conditions will be applied:
    • Sold of lot
    • Unsold of lot
• Sold of lots:
  • If investor by 10 lot of worth Rs.60,000/- then he will be got growth as following:
  • First Year (Between 1 Day to 12 Month)
    • Sale Profit 8%+Bonus 3%=11%
    • 11% of 60000 =6600/-
    • Investment 60000+Total Profit 6600=66600/-
  • Second Year(12 Month 1 Day to 24 Month)
    • Sale Profit 10%+Bonus 4%=14%
    • 14% of 60000 =8400/-
    • Profit of First Year 6600+8400=15000/-
    • Investment 60000+Total Profit 15000=75000/-
  • Third Year(24 Month 1 Day to 36 Month)
    • Sale Profit 12%+Bonus 5%=17%
    • 17% of 60000 =10,200/-
    • Profit of First Year 6600+Profit of Second Year 8400+10,200=25,200/-
    • Investment 60000+Total Profit 25,200=85,200/-
  • Above Profits and bonus will be given after sold of lots by company.
• Unsold of lots:
  • If lots have not been sold in three years, then investor will be got his third year total profit amount with investment ie 85,200/- in equal 12 month part of 7,100/- per month
• Key points
  • If investor wants to return his lot within a year then only invested amount will be given. He is not eligible to take any sale profit or bonus.
  • If investor wants to buy plot for personal use or to sell it to any client ,in that case he will be awarded with extra sale bonus of 10 % on Total plot value ie Rs.5,00,000/-
  • If he sells or buy the all lots of the plot after in third year then he will be got Third year profit with investment 85,200+ 50,000/-(10% of 5,00,000/-)= 1,35,200/-
  • There is also a chance for investor not to wait till the full duration for sale profit and bonus.
